Soon after joining Underwood Letterpress as Studio Assistant, my boss Cara trusted me to paint custom watercolors for the invitations and day-of signage for a Napa wedding.

I painted the venue for the envelope liner, the couple’s dog in college gear, and a personalized map of must-see spots for the wedding weekend.

Cara completed the vision with gold foiling, letterpress, calligraphy, and vintage postage. This project opened my eyes to the creative potential of print design, and I’ll always love what we created together.
